Bra Sizing Guide

How to Measure for a Bra

  1. Band Size: Measure snugly around your ribcage directly under your bust. Round to the nearest whole number.
  2. Bust Size: Measure loosely around the fullest part of your bust.
  3. Calculate Cup Size: Subtract your band measurement from your bust measurement. Each inch difference equals one cup size.

Bra Fitting Tips:

  • The band should be snug but comfortable - you should be able to fit two fingers underneath
  • The band should sit level all the way around your body
  • Cups should fully contain your breast tissue with no spillage or gaping
  • The centre gore (between cups) should lie flat against your sternum
  • Straps should stay in place without digging in or slipping off
  • Get professionally fitted every 6-12 months as your size can change

Knickers Fitting Tips:

  • Choose based on hip measurement for the most accurate fit
  • Different styles (brief, thong, boyshort) may fit differently in the same size
  • Seamless styles are ideal under fitted clothing
  • Natural fabrics like cotton are best for everyday wear
