14 Day Return Policy

DesignerCentro.com hopes you love your purchase, however, if you wish to return your order you can do so with our satisfaction guarantee.

Unwanted Goods

DesignerCentro.com will offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days – no questions asked*.

Unfortunately, due to our strict health and hygiene regulations, we cannot refund or exchange unwanted items if the products have been used or any of the original packaging is missing, opened or broken.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

DesignerCentro.com offers a 14 day replacement or refund policy on all faulty products. Please notify us about faulty or incorrect goods ASAP so we can rectify the problem quickly for you. Send all the parts back to us. Just follow the How to Return an Item process below.

Exclusions

Due to the intimate nature of some products and for hygiene purposes we cannot accept returns on the following items if they have been used or worn: Lingerie, Underwear, socks, shoes & earrings

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order for a full refund. We work on a same day despatch system, so please try and cancel your order on the same day as ordering to avoid the inconvenience and possible shipping costs associated with the return of your order.

Refunds

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation. At DesignerCentro.com we aim to refund you within 10 days.

Unfortunately, a refund cannot be issued until DesignerCentro.com receives the goods in question.

How To Return An Item

Please contact us by email at Returns@DesignerCentro.com 

Pack your item either in the envelope or box you received it in, or some other secure packaging. Ensure you enclose your name, address and order number (without this information we may not be able to identify your return).

Once we have received your request to return an unwanted item we will initiate the returns process immediately.

If a product is found to be damaged when it is received you will either be entitled to have your purchase refunded or exchanged. No shipping charges will be applied. All that we ask is for you to take a minimum of 3 photos showing the defect(s) and upload them with the returns email as stated above.

For all other returns originating from a EU country, the shipping fee is set at 35 Euro and returns from a non-EU country it is set at 65 Euro.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
